About Us

Menter Iaith Sir Benfro works to create and take advantage of opportunities for people to live, learn and enjoy through the Welsh language. 

Our aim is to raise awareness of the value of the Welsh language and its culture to the residents of Pembrokeshire. Also to promote the use of the Welsh language in all aspects of life in the county. This is achieved by working across sectors, in partnership with communities and local organisations, and working towards the goals of the Welsh Government's 2050 Welsh Language Strategy.
